Currently the topic on several author’s blogs, first post from John Scalzi then a follow up post to the MBA Programs, Maureen Johnson, Caitlin Kittredge and a slew of other people is about what James Fey is peddling this time.

My only advise to would be writers looking to score fast is to do your homework, write, revise, revise, revise, revise and find an agent through Agent Query, check Predators and Editors to make sure you’re not getting screwed and find a lawyer too.
There are other ways to get published than whatever Fey is doing. Sure, James Patterson may employ similar plan but in the end it’s James Patterson’s name on the book, there’s no hope for getting your name out there so why take the cash, a fake name and let someone else take the credit.
I’d was going to give I am Number Four a chance since the movie arrives soon and the teaser trailer shows just enough of the good stuff.
But why does the crop circle type icon for I am Number Four looks a lot like the Ubisoft Logo?
